Manna Fish

Requested for no vege in the soup. Lady suggested for me to get add-ons, which I declined. Afterwards she said okay to exclude the vege, so I proceeded with the order. End up there are still lots of vege in my soup and the lady then told me cannot remove. Not sure what is so difficult with not adding vegetables in the soup. And if it is not possible, she could have told me and I wouldn’t have ordered.

真的不能接受， 我甚至怀疑自己的味蕾。 番茄汤底： 没有番茄的味道，不酸不甜，真的想喝白水一样。 我和我姐一致认为他们放多了水但是他们跟我说就是这样的味道。 她还说需要照顾大众的口味，什么大众的口味需要把番茄汤做成白开水。 我好心跟他们说他们一致认为我有什么目的，没有，我就想说没味道。 汤一口没动。

food is great however, if there are requests like more soup which is quite basic for most stores are unavailable as they will ask for customer to purchase more ingredients to have “more soup” which infact not true as they only give the amount of soup they cook in one pot. If i chose to takeaway i will usually end up soupless when im back home.

Food taste is not bad. But i just want to point out the fact that the fish slices & luncheon meat is too thin. Thin to the point whereby when i pick it up using chopstick, they break apart easily. Luncheon meat are processed food and i feel that they should not slice it so thinly.. first time seeing such thinly sliced luncheon meat. Hopefully they improve on this.

Newly opened Stall in Koufu foodcourt. The crew are friendly. After completed my order , it took around 20-25 minutes to get my buzzer to sound. I ordered during dinner period though. Food wise , it taste similar to Chinese Hu Nan Style cuisine, similar to Xiang Xiang Hunan Restaurant. Quite a healthy choice selection of food , but it's quite not my type of food. The bowl seems very big , but it's quite shallow , albeit Korean army stew style... it's still very filling though. They do not accept CDC vouchers.
