Ruoyi has been attending LOL since Primary 5, and we are truly grateful for the guidance and support she has received. Mr Tan has been teaching her Mathematics and Alicia her English — both teachers are very dedicated, patient, and meticulous in their teaching. We have seen good and steady progress in Ruoyi’s results, and more importantly, her confidence has grown significantly.

The centre has excellent control over the entire PSLE revision process, providing clear structure and direction, which puts both students and parents at ease. They not only build up the students’ confidence but also reassure parents throughout this important journey. We are very thankful for the commitment and care shown by the teachers and would highly recommend this tuition centre.

(2024 review - may have improved though HIGHLY unlikely) Tuition centre is extremely understaffed. Printer spoils and worksheets cannot be printed at times. Inefficient system of recording lessons that frequently fails via Zoom.

Unwilling to buy additional resources, with expired hygiene-related products in tuition premises.

Extremely poor quality and outdated notes are provided to tutors - they do not keep up with the syllabus properly. Many resources are dumped into one huge resource bank and are extremely disorganised.

Admin department is slow to respond, and is highly inexperienced. This results in mistakes that delay and disrupt lessons.

Lacks whiteboards for teachers to write on, forcing them to rely on Ipads so that it can be recorded easily. IPads malfunction occasionally, and the apple pens to annotate and demonstrate is sometimes left uncharged. This means tutor has to draw with finger words and working.

Unclear and inconsistent instructions given to tutors. Clearly faces cost issues as many things are broken, empty or lacking in the centre. Does not restock fullscap paper properly, leaving tutors to scramble to find them within the centre. When admin is not available, they do not update tutors, leaving them to find out on their own when they message the admin chat.

Admin is only available until afternoon on weekends which means that tutors are disrupted by parents, visitors and outsiders enquiring in the middle of the lesson. Overall, highly unprofessional and understaffed.

May I know what is the relationship between League of Learners and Novelty Learning Center 🤔?

Mr Chiang term it as an "upgrade" of Novelty Learning Center so is Mr Chiang the overall in charge of both League of Learners and Novelty Learning Center?
