We would like to compliment your friendly staff(early indian lady- Rada) and their efficiency during my weekly visits for past few mths to your Pioneer Mall outlet. She is always cheerful, welcoming customers with a smile and a greeting. She also goes the extra mile by reminding customers to return the sauce and pepper to the station after use, without fail. This ensures that customers ordering breakfast sets will always have access to the condiments.<br><br>Today, she was stationed at the centralized collection point, and we voluntarily returned the sauce and pepper to the drinks stall something we likely picked up from her good 5S practices and the civic-minded habits.
