bad attitude malay staff heard her talking bad about another customer while talking on the phone it’s not right to talk bad about customer in your own language thinking no one understands 😂

Saw something crawl on the tuna bun. Told the staff & she asked me what it was as if I was supposed to know what crawls on their products. When I repeated that there is something crawling, she probably realised I'm not going to budge so she took the tray out and out came the small thing that wad crawling. And she asked me again what it was - it's her shop, not mine. Not customer-oriented. Didn't bother to apologise.

Dear owner, we have been patronising this store for over 3 years. Today, we came across this staff who was super rude to all customer, she sounds like she dislikes her job and unable to be polite. Even the way she hands over the food to people is very rude & being ignorant. When told, she even be sarcastic to me and said thank you. Please don’t spoil ur business with this kind of staff. She is not a customer oriented person. She shouldn’t be here.

Waffle wasn't cooked well. First time experiencing not cooked waffle, feeling disgusting.
