Loved the cake. Buttercream coffee cake!🤤

Its just sad to see the cakes and pastry that i grew up loving to eat since the early to mid 2000s has become nothing short of disappointment. The portion of each cake or kueh has shrank by at least 40-50% and the price has gone up which makes inflation 2x the norm. I'm fine with the price increase but the portion decreasing?

I am really very angry. Treat us as if invisible. We just only buy one thing only but the staff was living in her own world. Did not let us pay first just let us wait there.

I had an unpleasant experience at your store. While standing in front of the cake shelf, I requested assistance from the only staff present. Instead of promptly helping, she used hand gestures, asking me to wait. She took her time serving another customer and attending to her tasks. When asked about cake details, she admitted not having knowledge about them, stating she only sells cakes. I believe that investing in service training for your staff would greatly benefit the overall customer experience.

When i redeem the voucher..one of the staff so unfriendly somemore she purposly coughing on my cake..so rude
