这家店的工作人员态度非常差，他们的绿茶一瓶$4.1,买2瓶 $3.9，我不知道有促销，我买了3瓶，他们收了我$8，我就问他们是不是有促销，如果有促销那我拿多一瓶，他们态度非常的差，他们让我有种还了钱就赶紧走的感觉，她说：你已经还钱了不能再拿多一瓶，你听不懂吗？直接把收据丢回给我手上，转身就走开了，首先你们有促销没有通知顾客，顾客问你们是否有促销，你们还很不乐意的回答，反问顾客听不懂吗。态度太差，不适合做服务行业

12/8/24下午7：40pm 左右,7-11公司我被你的职员名Lisa欺骗，他没有帮我的卡放好好，他说不能top up auto pass $470,说只能$200态度很糟糕，他说你要投诉，就投诉,结果我来到482 jurong west st 41,他说可以，为什么这么糟糕，我看了这里评语，才知道你的职员Lisa 还有给其他顾客投诉，请7-11公司调查

Am shocked with all the many bad reviews here yet the management seemed like never take action else things would have improved. Earlier on 3rd Feb I was served by an Indian lady, she was so bad mannered. She gave the plastic to old uncle earlier without charging and being asked for plastic. Yet she expected me to carry my cold ice-creams with bare hands! No common sense! When asked for plastic, she gave me a gloomy face! 7-11 PIONEER, Better train your staffs basic courtesy and customer service!! Do not just hire blindly!
